Downloading media
Every way to grab images, video, and audio — one click, bulk, side panel, right-click, and Mass Scan.
Once activated, MediaGrabber Pro scans each page you open and shows what it found. Here is every way to save it.
The basics: scan and download
Open the popup on the page you want
Click the toolbar icon. MediaGrabber Pro lists everything it detected, grouped into three tabs: Images, Videos, and Audio, with a count on each.
Filter to what you want
Use the tabs and the filter controls to narrow the list — for example, show only images, or only items above a certain size. This keeps big pages manageable.
Download
Hover any item and click its download button to save it to your computer. Your browser's normal download flow takes over from there.
Download everything at once (bulk)
Click Download all to grab every item currently shown (after your filters). This is the fastest way to clear a gallery or a page full of images.
On the free plan, "Download all" saves up to 5 files at a time. Premium removes the cap so you can pull an entire gallery or feed in one go.
Choosing video quality
When a video is available in more than one resolution, MediaGrabber Pro lets you pick which one to save.
- Free downloads video up to 720p.
- Premium unlocks the higher resolutions the source offers — 1080p, 4K, 8K, 60fps, and HDR where available.
Audio-only extraction
Want just the sound from a video — a song, a podcast, a lecture? Use the audio option to save it as an audio file (such as MP3 or M4A) instead of the full video. Audio-only extraction is a premium feature.
The side panel
Prefer to keep the list open while you browse? Open the popup and click the open in side panel icon. MediaGrabber Pro docks to the side of your window so you can scroll the page and download at the same time — great for long feeds.
Right-click any item
Right-click an image, video, or link and choose MediaGrabber Pro from the context menu to grab that single item instantly, without opening the popup.
Mass Scan across tabs
Mass Scan looks across your open tabs (or a list of links you paste) and collects downloadable media from all of them at once — ideal for batch-saving from many pages in one pass. Mass Scan is a premium feature.
Streaming and split video/audio
MediaGrabber Pro can detect streaming video that is delivered in pieces. For sources that ship video and audio as separate streams, premium can merge them into one file for you using the optional companion helper.
Where your files go
Files save to your browser's normal Downloads folder unless you have set up routing rules to sort them automatically — see Settings & rules.
