Plans & premium
What's included free, what premium unlocks, and how billing and cancellation work.
MediaGrabber Pro has a genuinely useful free plan and a premium upgrade. Premium is about capability — higher quality, audio, bulk, and speed — not about nagging you with limits.

Plan types
- Monthly — billed every month, cancel anytime.
- Annual — billed once a year at a lower effective rate.
- Lifetime — a single one-time payment, no recurring charge.
See current prices on the pricing page.
Upgrading
Upgrade from the portal using the same account your license is on. There is no new key to enter — the extension detects your new plan automatically the next time it revalidates (reopen the popup to apply it right away). See Activate your license.
Managing billing
Everything about your subscription lives in the portal under Billing:
- Update your payment method
- Switch between monthly and annual
- View invoices
- Cancel
Cancellation & refunds — the short version
- You can cancel any time in Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- After you cancel, your premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to free.
- Payments are non-refundable.
Because payments are non-refundable, use the free plan first to make sure MediaGrabber Pro is right for you. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
